Definition of Personal Use
You qualify as a "Personal User" if:
a. you are an individual; and
b. you subscribe to our Services primarily for personal use, not for purposes related to your trade, business, craft, or profession, and comply with all Applicable Laws concerning your activities under this Agreement.
Application of Consumer Rights
- Personal Users are entitled to additional or alternative rights beyond those detailed in the Terms of Use.
- If a conflict arises between these Supplementary Conditions for Personal Use and the Terms of Use, these Supplementary Conditions for Personal Use will prevail for Personal Users.
- Nothing within the Terms of Use or these Supplementary Conditions for Personal Use shall limit or affect any statutory consumer rights.
